PAIN POINT:Need to modernize and diversify logistics and fleet services, bringing greater efficiency, digitalization, sustainability, and cost reduction.

CONTEXT/ ACTIVITY
SCOPE AND OBJECTIVES:
The Procurement & Fleet team is looking to broaden its market view in order to identify strategic partners that bring innovation, scalability, and potential to positively impact BAT’s operations. The goal is to compose a more modern, flexible, and digitalized portfolio through new logistic and fleet solutions.
The initiative covers the executive fleet management (leasing, upgrades, maintenance) and alternative logistics for specific or ad hoc needs (such as deliveries and crowdshipping). It aims to increase efficiency, sustainability, and user satisfaction.
