CHALLENGE
There is currently no reliable way to track which employee is using which corporate vehicle. Cars are frequently exchanged without centralized records. Previous attempts using tags or cameras failed due to LGPD (data privacy laws) and operational inefficiencies. Manual tracking also proved ineffective due to low user engagement.

The Procurement and Fleet teams are addressing a long-standing traceability gap in the executive fleet. Vehicles are frequently exchanged among employees without registration, creating accountability and control issues. Past solutions—tags, cameras, manual logs—were either impractical or non-compliant. We are now seeking innovative technology that can automatically identify the driver with no manual input, ensuring reliable records while complying with privacy regulations.
